SRIRACHA MAYO DIP


Ingredients Needed: 
  • 1 Gal Mayo
  • 1 Bottle Sriracha
  • 1 Cup Tobasco
Equipment Needed:
  • 8” Half Pan
  • Small Hand Blender
  • Measuring Cup
Directions:
  1. Add 1 Gal of Mayo into the 8” Half Pan
  2. Add 1 Bottle Sriracha
  3. Add 1 Cup Tobasco
  4. Use the Small hand blender to blend all ingredients (Make sure all sides of the half pan are mixed evenly)
SMALLER BATCHES CAN BE MADE IF NECESSARY BY CUTTING THE INGREDIENTS IN HALF
