Place the Green Cutting Board onto the table surface
Take a bundle of Parsley Flakes and begin chopping it from the Top down to the stem (Do not cut the parsley when it is wet. Wet parsley will become mushy and lower the quality of the product)
Toss as much of the Stem away as possible
Begin chopping the Parsley side to side until the Parsley is finely chopped
Put the finely Chopped Parsley into the 6” Sixth Pan
