FIRE PASTE


Ingredients Needed: 
  • 6oz Thai Chili Peppers
  • 20oz Habanero Peppers
  • 1 Cup Chili Flakes
  • 2 Cups Sambal Chili Sauce
Equipment Needed:
  • Tossing Bowl
  • Blinder
Directions:
  1. Weigh out all peppers
  2. Remove all stems from Thai Chili
  3. Remove all stems from Habanero Peppers
  4. Add Thai Chili Peppers into Robot Coupe
  5. Add Habanero Peppers into Robot Coupe
  6. Grind ingredients into a paste
  7. Add Chili Flakes and Sambal Chili Sauce into Robot Coupe
  8. Grind until all ingredients are mixed evenly
