GRATING CARROTS - COLESLAW PREP


Ingredients Needed: 
  • Carrots
Equipment Needed:
  • Green Cutting Board
  • Carrot Grater
  • 6” Half Pan
Directions:
  1. Place the Green Cutting Board onto the table
  2. Use the Carrot Peeler to peel all the skin off the Carrot
  3. Begin shredding the Carrots against the larger side of the Carrot Grater
  4. Place all of the cut Carrots into a 6” Half Pan
