Take the Marinated Chicken Thigh Meat & place it Into the chicken Sandwich Flour Mix
Using your hands, cover the Chicken Thigh Meat with the Sandwich Flour Mix, and press the Chicken Thigh Meat
Place the covered Chicken Thigh Meat in the fryer for 10 minutes and remove your Sandwich Gloves for Safety - If the chicken thigh meat is larger than normal, cook it for 11 minutes to ensure it is fully cooked.
- Make sure the chicken is fully cooked by placing a meat thermometer in the thickest part, and check if it reads 3650 for 10 seconds
When the chicken is fully cooked, use the rubber brush to apply Nashville Sauce to both sides of the chicken
Add a couple shakes of Extra Hot Spice if necessary (X,XX,XXX Hot)
Toast the Sandwich Buns in the Bun Toaster
Place the chicken thigh Meat onto the bun
Add 1 Scoop of Coleslaw onto the Sandwich
Add 3 Pickles onto the Sandwich
Wrap the Chicken Sandwich and place it in the appropriate container
