PREPPING GARLIC NOODLES


Ingredients Needed: 
  • 2 Bags Garlic Noodles
  • 7.5oz Melted Butter
Equipment Needed:
  • 4” Full Pan
  • 1.5oz Ladle
  • Tongs
  • Straining Stockpot
Directions:
  1. Fill the Straining Stockpot with water until it is about ¾ full
  2. Turn on the Burner on High Heat
  3. When the water comes to a rolling boil, place the stockpot onto the burner
  4. Set the timer to 1 minute and 20 seconds
  5. When time is up, lift the strainer out of the stockpot to drain all excess water
  6.  Put all the garlic noodles into a 4” Half Pan
  7. Use the 1.5oz Ladle to add 5 Scoops of Melted Butter
  8. Using Tongs, mix the garlic noodles around to evenly mix the Melted Butter
  9. Allow Noodles to cool on top of a container of ice for 2 hours
