FRYING & GRINDING PEANUTS


Ingredients Needed: 
  • 2 Bags of Peanuts
Equipment Needed:
  • 8” Half Pan
  • Measuring Cup
  • Hand Blender
Directions:
  1. Identify the fryer that needs to be changed the next day
  2. Fry Peanuts in that fryer for 2:00 minutes
  3. Strain all oil from fry basket
  4. Load all Peanuts onto a large sheet pan to cool
  5. Spread out the peanuts evenly onto the large sheet pan
  6. Mark the fryer used so that it will be thrown out the next morning
  7. When Peanuts are cooled, add the Peanuts into the Robot Coupe until 1/3 full
  8. Pulse until Peanuts are crushed evenly
  9. Repeat Steps 7-8 until all Peanuts are crushed
BECAREFUL OF PEANUT ALLERGIES. AVOID CROSS CONTAMINATION BY CHANGING GLOVES AND WASHING AND SANITIZING ALL DISHES/UTENSILS USED IN THIS PROCESS.
