Ingredients Needed:
Chicken Marinade
Marinated Chicken Wings
Potato Starch
Equipment Needed:
6” Metal Half Pan
4” Metal Half Pan
Strainer Basket
Directions:
Clean the prep sink area. The sink must be clean and sanitized before being used for any reason.
Cut open and pour out 3 bags of chicken into the sink.
Add 1/3 cup of Breaded Marinade Mix onto the chicken.
Mix the chicken thoroughly so the marinade is evenly mixed.
Put all the marinated chicken into a bin with a basket inside.
Store it into the walk-in cooler or appropriate cooling unit using the FIFO (First In First Out) Method.
