MARINATING WINGS


Ingredients Needed: 
  • Chicken Marinade
  • Marinated Chicken Wings
  • Potato Starch
Equipment Needed:
  • 6” Metal Half Pan
  • 4” Metal Half Pan
  • Strainer Basket
Directions:
  1. Clean the prep sink area. The sink must be clean and sanitized before being used for any reason. 
  2. Cut open and pour out 3 bags of chicken into the sink. 
  3. Add 1/3 cup of Breaded Marinade Mix onto the chicken. 
  4. Mix the chicken thoroughly so the marinade is evenly mixed. 
  5. Put all the marinated chicken into a bin with a basket inside. 
  6. Store it into the walk-in cooler or appropriate cooling unit using the FIFO (First In First Out) Method.
