BLUE CHEESE


Ingredients Needed: 
  • 1 Gal Mayo
  • 2 Half Gal Cartons Butter Milk
  • 2 Packets of Blue Cheese Mix
  • 1 Cup of Blue Cheese Crumble
Equipment Needed:
  • 8” Half Pan
  • Small Hand Blender
  • Measuring Cup
  • Whisk
Directions:
  1. Add 1 Gal of Mayo into the 8” Half Pan
  2. Add 2 Cartons of Butter Milk
  3. Add 2 Packets of Blue Cheese Mix
  4. Use the Small hand blender to blend all ingredients (Make sure all sides of the half pan are mixed evenly)
  5. Using a Measuring Cup, add 1 Cup of Blue Cheese Crumble (Make sure not to blend Blue Cheese Crumbles. The crumbles should remain visible)
  6. Use a Whisk to stir in the Blue Cheese Crumbles evenly
SMALLER OR LARGER BATCHES CAN BE MADE IF NECESSARY BY CUTTING OR ADDING HALF OF THE INGREDIENTS
