RED ONION - COLE SLAW PREP


Ingredients Needed: 
  • Red Onion
Equipment Needed:
  • Green Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • 6” Sixth Pan
Directions:
  1. Place the Green Cutting Board onto the table
  2. Cut off the ends of the Onion
  3. Cut the onion in half
  4. Peel off the first layers of skin
  5. Begin slicing the Onions into 1/8 inch portions
  6. Put the sliced onions into a 6” Sixth Pan
  7. Label and date the Cut Onions
