SANDWICH MARINADE
Ingredients Needed:
- 12 Eggs
- ½ Gallon of Buttermilk
- ½ Cup of Sandwich Seasoning
Equipment Needed:
- Hand Blender
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a large container
- Mix thoroughly and evenly with Small Hand Blender
- You can also use a whisk to mix ingredients as well
- When mixing ingredients together be sure all eggs and seasoning are mix thoroughly and even.
- This amount of Marinate is made for One 40lb case of Chicken Thigh. If you are only Marinating Half of a 40lb case of thighs then you could cut these measurements in half.
- If you use this full measurement for only 20lbs of Chicken Thigh it will NOT affect the quality of the product
