MAC & CHEESE


Ingredients Needed: 
  • Bag of Mac & Cheese
Equipment Needed:
  • Frozen Mac & Cheese
  • 24qt Stock Pot
  • 4” Half Pan
Directions:
  1. Place the 24qt Stock Pot of water onto a burner and turn the heat on high
  2. When the water gets to a rolling boil, add in the Bag of Mac & Cheese (Add up to 3 bags of Mac & Cheese if necessary)
  3. Start the timer at 45:00 Minutes
  4. When the timer goes off remove the Mac & Cheese from the pot
  5.  Cut the bag of Mac & Cheese and pour it into a 4” Half Pan
  6. Label and date the Mac & Cheese
