COLESLAW SPREAD


Ingredients Needed: 
  • 1 Gal Mayo
  •  2 ¾ Cups Gal Ken’s Dijon Honey Mustard
  • 2 ¾ Cups Sugar
  • 2 ¾ Cups Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2/3 Cups Black Pepper
  • ¾ Cups Whole Celery Seed
Equipment Needed:
  • Small Hand Blender
  • 6” Plastic Half Pan
Directions:
  1. Add 1 Gal Mayo into a 6” Plastic Half Pan
  2.  Add 2 ¾ Cups Gal Ken’s Dijon Honey Mustard
  3. Add 2 ¾ Sugar
  4. Add ¾ Whole Celery Seeds
  5. Add 2/3 Cups Black Pepper
  6. Add 2 ¾ Apple Cider Vinnegar
  7. Use the Small Hand Blender to blend all ingredients
  8. Label, Date, and Store Properly
