- Place Wok Pan on Burner
- Turn Burner on high heat
- Cut and add 2 Table Spoons of Butter into Wok Pan
- Wait until Butter begins to sizzle
- Add 4 Table Spoons of Fresh Minced Garlic
- Stir Fresh Minced Garlic until it begins to lightly brown
- Add the leftover Butter into the Wok Pan
- Once Butter is completely melted, Add 6 Cups of Frank’s Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- Stir continuously until the Buffalo Sauce begins to simmer
- Use a 6” mesh double strainer to strain all Fresh Minced Garlic from the Buffalo Sauce
- Allow Sauce to cool on top of a container of ice for 2 hours
