ORIGINAL BUFFALO


Ingredients Needed: 
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 4 Table Spoons of Fresh Minced Garlic
  • 6 Cups of Frank’s Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Equipment Needed:
  • 8” Half Pan
  • Measuring Cup
  • Hand Blender
Directions:
  1. Place Wok Pan on Burner
  2. Turn Burner on high heat
  3. Cut and add 2 Table Spoons of Butter into Wok Pan
  4. Wait until Butter begins to sizzle
  5. Add 4 Table Spoons of Fresh Minced Garlic
  6. Stir Fresh Minced Garlic until it begins to lightly brown
  7. Add the leftover Butter into the Wok Pan
  8. Once Butter is completely melted, Add 6 Cups of Frank’s Red Hot Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  9. Stir continuously until the Buffalo Sauce begins to simmer
  10. Use a 6” mesh double strainer to strain all Fresh Minced Garlic from the Buffalo Sauce
  11. Allow Sauce to cool on top of a container of ice for 2 hours
***THIS PROCESS COULD BE DONE IN LARGER QUANTITIES BY DOUBLING OR TRIPPLING THE MEASUREMENTS

***USE A LARGER POT FOR LARGER PORTIONS
