DICING WHITE ONIONS


Ingredients Needed: 
  • White Onions
Equipment Needed:
  • Green Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • Easy Chopper 
  • 8” Half Pan
Directions:
  1. Place the Green Cutting Board onto the table
  2. Cut off the ends of the Onion
  3. Cut the onion in half
  4. Peel off the first layers of skin
  5. Place the White Onion on the Easy Chopper
  6. Put the sliced onions into an 8” Half Pan
  7. Label and date the Cut Onions
