COLESLAW PREP


Ingredients Needed: 
  • 8qt Green Cabbage
  • 4qt Red Cabbage
  • 2qt Kale
  • 1qt Red Onion
  • 2qt Grated Carrots
  • 5 Cups Cole Slaw Sauce
Equipment Needed:
  • 8” Half Pan
Directions:
  1. Place the Green  
  2. Add 4qt Red Cabbage
  3. Add 2qt Kale
  4. Add 1qt Red Onion
  5. Add 2qt Grated Carrots
  6. Add 5 Cups Cole Slaw Sauce
  7. Mix all the ingredients together evenly
  8. Label and date the Cut Onions
